2. Pricing in general
All prices listed on this website, or which are discussed on any of our related social media platforms, or in our clinic may be subject to change without notice. All pricing should be confirmed with The Self Heal Clinic staff prior to proceeding with any service offered. This can be done by contacting us on 06 378 7705. Online and in store pricing may differ.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to any order or service provided/sent overseas.
3. Delivery and Delivery Charges for orders
All un-tracked items are sent at the risk of the customer.
If tracked goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at dispensary@selfhealclinic.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our delivery company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our delivery company that delivery was not successful.
4. Delivery Period for orders
Delivery lead time for products may vary. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
5. Accessing our website service
Other than connecting to The Self Heal Clinic Ltd’s website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to The Self Heal Clinic Ltd’s website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. All details of every person who contacts us through any means is guaranteed that their personal details, emails or contact details will not be sold or shared with any third party enterprises. All information discussed with Sarah Beesley or any of The Self Heal Clinic staff, remains confidential unless a court order is in place requiring otherwise. At no time will client details be discussed with other parties without express permission to do so.
In booking an appointment with The Self Heal Clinic, you are entering into a client/practitioner relationship with Sarah Beesley or any qualified practitioner employed or contracted by Sarah Beesley. You are agreeing to take responsibility for how you use any information given to you in the course of any consultation or by any of The Self Heal Clinic staff. You understand that results may vary from person to person, and that The Self Heal Clinic Ltd and its staff are not liable for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission of information, given.
You also understand that there are no refunds for products purchased or services delivered, outside of the Consumer’s Guarantees obligations.
The Self Heal Clinic reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, and to charge fees for late payment or for debt collection.

This website, the use of any related social media platforms and the operation of the clinic is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
