Ingredients
  • 250ml Tomato Juice - commercially made with no added sugar or preservatives 1 handful of fresh mesculin or mixed greens 1 handful mung bean, brocolli or pea sprouts 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional) 1 tsp of fine kelp powder
Instructions
  1. Put the tomato juice into a blender.
  2. Add the other ingredients. Wizz together - its as simple as that!
