- ½ tablespoons tahini
- ¼ cup water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of cayenne
- In a blender, mix tahini and water until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Adjust any flavors to your taste.
If you want a thinner dressing add additional water.
