| The symptoms you have today are simply a reflection of how your body has tried to compensate and stay in balance, and getting to the bottom of a health problem can be a bit like unravelling a puzzle. An initial appointment is usually one hour long. During this time a detailed medical history is taken, any required testing will be identified and set up, and some simple treatment measures may be implemented. When the test results come back, a half hour appointment will be required to go through them, and to begin your core treatment. A half hour follow up visit is usually booked for 3-4 weeks after starting treatment. Once your initial appointment has been booked, we will send out some forms for you to fill in, which need to be brought with you to your appointment. They will ask you to outline any medications and supplements that you are using, and the questions in them will give Sarah a good overview of how your whole body is working and factors which may have contributed to your health problems. Working this way enables us to be thorough, which is why we get good results. It also means you get a better picture of what has gone wrong, why and what you can do about it. Testing charges vary according to the individual requirements. We have invested in our own testing equipment and technical staff where we can, in order to make the testing as cost effective as possible.
